Verify a runtime download

The runtime install scripts (/install, /install.ps1) pick the archive for the machine, check it against SHA256SUMS.txt and refuse a binary that does not run. They accept a version: curl -fsSL https://bun.aphrody.com/install | bash -s 1.4.3 installs the newest -aphrody.N build of 1.4.3.
